Questions
How does billing work?
Plans are billed monthly via Stripe. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel anytime from your account dashboard. Downgrades take effect at the end of the billing period.
What happens if I exceed my node limit?
Existing nodes keep reporting. You just can't add new ones until you upgrade or remove a node.
Can I self-host?
The labwatch agent is open source. The server (with NLQ, digests, and anomaly detection) is what the paid plans cover.
What payment methods are accepted?
All major credit/debit cards via Stripe. We also support Apple Pay and Google Pay where available.
